The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to many restaurants, shopping malls and several of Manila's National museums. However, the standing shower continuously produces a small puddle that we have to clean up every time. Also, the included breakfast buffet is just all right, but nice to have. I walked around as late as 2:30 am, lots of people sleeping on the streets nearby (not at the hotel block but a few blocks away). Very busy area which makes it safe. Great staff and spacious room.
