"It is a fairly decent hotel but i neighborhood is quite rough and the rooms are very basic. The pool exist but it is very small it is more of a soaking tub. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive and because they have a restaurant they charge a 50% surcharge on anything you try to order in until 10:00 p.m. when they're restaurant closes. Not bad for the money i guess in manila but nothing special"

I walked around as late as 2:30 am, lots of people sleeping on the streets nearby (not at the hotel block but a few blocks away). Very busy area which makes it safe. Great staff and spacious room.
