Personal poco profesional. Algunos claro. Servicio en general es más que mediocre. Personal no formado.

Implacable breakfast, very friendly staff and comfortable bedding. The location is also super convenient if you wish to visit the Intramuro area and the Mall of Asia.

The hotel is just around the corner from the U.S. embassy and is very nicely kept. The staff was amazing and very nice to deal with. If for some reason you were to have any issues please be kind to the staff they're very good, hard working people and if possible tip them well!

The hotel was falling apart. The hallway ceilings had holes, hallway carpet were stained, the food in restaurants wasn’t good - chicken was raw and when I complained they said I was wrong, the receptionist never answered my calls from the room, the water was shut down when they were renovating the hotel. The hotel is a complete mess.

Property in overall need of maintenance and or repair. Location is excellent. Staff overall very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had in the Manila area, for same price hotels.

6/10 Bueno

The Rizal Park Hotel is special place. It seems like you can feel the presence of the Heroes that frequently the facility in the early 20th century. That being said, the facility is hurting in basic amenities. The elevator is not operating .... tough when you happen to be 100% disabled. The TV list nearly 50 possible stations to watch they have 4 only that are so filled with static that they are not of any use. The interior of the rooms I are in need of serious maintenance attention. The restaurant, specifically the morning spread is greatly limited compared to what was available in the "early years". The bathroom was clean but needs a bit of attention maintenance wise. The crew seems undermanned but they are a plus. They worked hard to help us and regardless of the complaints they smiled and tried to accommodate. Before the Pandemic it was fantastic and seemed to always be filled to capacity. Now it seems to be almost a ghost town. Not sure what is long term plan for the great building is but it seems that it is suffering a slow death based on a lack of interest. It can be fixed but will it? Last but not least, it still is fairly expensive to stay there. I love the place and the staff but I will not stay there again until and unless the basics are attended to.
