"The good… Love the free cookies, staff was helpful. Walking distance to the United Center, which was huge, fairly clean. Downside, pretty small rooms, area a little sketchy, there really is no breakfast. But if you’re staying there because you’re doing an event at the United center, it’s perfect."

"Rays is amazing, so cute and really felt like home. The food was exceptional, the staff was really friendly, and the rooms were cozy. We plan on coming back regularly. The walk from the train station, and the neighborhood around Ray's was really cute, with lots of great coffee, food and other options."

"Right along the Chicago Riverwalk, The Langham makes you feel like a VIP every time you stay there with their club lounge, room service, and staff able to help you at the drop of a hat. A must-stay whenever you want to splurge on Chicago vacation."

"Very convenient location in loop. The interior of the hotel seems almost brand new. My room was spacious and very comfortable. Free coffee in lobby in AM. Attentive doorman. Until about 11pm, you could hear occasional fire trucks, so the windows could benefit from some better soundproofing but overall it was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking to stay in the loop."

"Great place to stay great safe location"
