I loved everything about it. Christoffer was excellent

Like the room, but the pool is filthy. Stayed here previously in the summer and afraid to go in with all the duck crap in it.

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

We try to stay at the Mansion at least once a year when we come to Dallas. Everyone is so friendly and eager to please. The service is exceptional.

Location: 5/5 - The location is walkable to bars & several fine dining restaurants. Room: 4/5 - The room was clean & comfortable. I had one of my best sleep in a while on the very comfortable bed. However, I understand that they’re going to remodel the rooms which is much needed. Service: 5/5 - The service was excellent. All of the staff were welcoming w/ friendly smiles. Ambiance: 4/5 - The hotel & its common areas were small, didn’t feel grand.

Hotel pool is fantastic and the rooms are unique and spacious. Biggest perk we were unaware of was free hotel transit within 4 miles. This covers most tourist destinations, sporting events and restaurants in the area, so we never needed to get a cab!

It was great and conveniently located to the hospital.

I was a tad bit leary about booking here when I read some of the past reviews, but I can honestly say I'm glad I decided to give them a try. I'm a traveling nurse so safety, comfort, and cost are very important to me. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a very friendly valet/doorman. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. I was checked in and had room key in hand in less than 5 minutes. Parking is not the best in that area. You have 2 options (garage/valet). My stay was a post birthday getaway & the Sandman hotel totally helped make it a spectacular time. The room was incredible, the staff were spectacular definitely gonna have to stay at the new location once it’s officially open.
