I love that he sat with a map and highlighted things he'd recommend and must see sights. He also was able to offer boat trips, restaurant recommendations (as well as his own food) and best way to see the island. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, a beautiful peaceful boutique with a fabulous underground bar. It was 5 minutes to get to Birgu for...
