"The room was great, the service was great, people were attentive and kind. The only issue we had was the water in the hotel. When we filled the jetted tub, the water was very brown. The desk attendant explained that because of drought conditions the water from the local water source was from the bottom of the river, thus discoloring the water. We were told it was clean and chemically treated, but it was off-putting."

"My stay was to perfection. Quiet, peace, fun, and very comfortably!!! Staff at the front desk were amazing!! Some of Housekeeping could be better with their attitude but they were doing a great job as well!! The breakfast provider made me feel welcomed as if it was bed in breakfast n stayed on top of breakfast items!! The water from a visual eye was not too good but hey it’s west Monroe that’s normal, still felt good!!! 9/10 Good Job wingate!!"

"The plug ins need to be replaced in every room that I stayed in. The ceiling tiles need to be repaired. Some of the rooms have a bad smell. The mattresses need to be turned and or replaced. Some of the bed frames need to be repaired. The chairs need to be cleaned. You can smell cigarette smoke coming through the wall on some of the rooms. The doors need the strip at the bottom replaced. The air conditioner vents are mostly all broken off. "
