From checking in, to getting "breakfast to go" on Sunday night before us leaving at 3:30 AM for our flight... the staff was great! The in-room iron and ironing board were much appreciated as my dress pants were quite wrinkled in the suitcase. The only thing I can suggest is to have a blow dryer in the room. Our stay was great and I will be staying at this hotel again!!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at Poets Cove on Pender Island. The facilities were fantastic, with everything we could have wanted for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The views from the balconies were absolutely beautiful, and having easy access to the beach, outdoor pools and gym made the stay even more special. One of the highlights was being able to sit out on the balcony in the evening and watch the deer lay sleeping on the hot tub cover and the otters playing in the small waterfall. It was such a peaceful and memorable experience, and a real bonus to have nature right outside our door. We also loved the spa. It was incredibly relaxing, and there never seemed to be too many people using it, which made it feel calm and peaceful. Poets Cove is a beautiful place to unwind, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing island escape."
