"The entire complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the shuttle service that will take you almost anywhere on the island and pick you up to come back within minutes of your call. We didn’t have time to use the free bicycles, but we saw they are SUN Brand and our bikes at home are the same brand. They are Wonderful bikes to ride. Food in the dining room was excellent."

"The room was adequate and clean. Rather outdated but had everything you need. The location was good and being beach front was great. Breakfast was good, with many options to choose from. The negative of this place was the air conditioning unit in the room was EXTREMELY noisy-it would run off and on-when it was on, forget about any conversation with anyone else in the room. It also was a seesaw with a the volume control being raised and lowered to hear the television."

"This hotel (Spring Hill Suites) was very new and clean. The pool was lovely, and the hot tub was perfect, especially at night. We had the free breakfast each day and were happy they had oat milk for our coffee, which was excellent, very strong! The breakfast was simple but decent. The staff were very friendly. Our room was large with a cute balcony. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because when we asked for fresh towels and a garbage pick up after the first day, we never got them and had to go down and get them ourselves. We were told to put the towels and trash in the hall for pick up, and they sat there for like 18 hrs. We were out of toiletries and toilet paper and didn’t receive those when the room was serviced on day 3. We left the next day, so we just made do. Another perk, the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach! It’s also right across the street from Fort Clinch and next to Egan’s Creek Trail (walking distance). Both are well worth the time! Overall, we had a great vacation and would stay again."

"The outside table was broken and had been patched, but my granddaughter was still able to put her finger in the hole. The floor was sandy and the bath tub nozzle was dirty. When I turned down the comforter, it was very dirty seemed to have chocolate on it or something. I have been staying here all my life and this place has gone downhill, but the prices have gone extremely higher."
