I had a hard time at first getting back to parking garage to get something out of the car, but the service number (Chelsea) responded very quickly and was very helpful. Only talked via text but the staff was very pleasant and patient. Loved the location. Will stay there again next time I need to stay in Alymer "

"For such a large hotel was was expecting a larger size pool but appreciated it was heated . Great breakfast options better then most hotels Great bar/ restaurant with good prices friendly service very accommodating But there was alot of chlorine in the water I feel more then usual as my son had a lot of burning in his eyes afterwards which lasted a few hours even made him cry. "
