You have a private, large dunking pool, a cozy outdoor living room and kitchen, and a well appointed and comfortable bedroom. There is an indoor and outdoor shower and your butler serves you a custom breakfast every morning in...
Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.
The villa was great! it was everything we expected and more. The staff was respectful, kind, and accommodating our entire stay. I loved the privacy we had. It's great for couples and families. I definitely recommend!
We stayed in a number of hotels in Ubud, Kuta and Gilis, and this was by far the most outstanding. Simply put you get what you pay for here. We took the room across the road and it made little difference to the comfort and convenience of our stay. The room itself is beautifully laid out and the decor excellent. The hotel itself is amazing, with the highlight being the infinity pool overlooking Seminyak beach. The highlight was watching the sunset and surfers in the afternoon. Cannot say enough...
Beautiful property. Equipment and amenities were not the newest but overall very clean and very comfortable stay. The floor in our bedroom was exceptionally clean! Our housekeeper, Sara, made the best Nasi Goreng every morning, better than any of the Nasi Goreng we had in restaurants. Location was really great as well, just a short 10-15 minute walk to Seminyak Beach and lots of restaurants/bars on the main road just a few minutes walk away...yet the property was tucked in off the main road so...
My husband and I spent two nights of our honeymoon at The Amala and our experience here exceeded our expectations. The hospitality and service are definitely on par with 5 stars resorts but the price is very reasonable. We stayed at a pool villa and to our delight were given freebies such as welcoming bed arrangement, romantic bath set up, a 30-minute photoshoot within the villa and a small gift since we were on our honeymoon. At one point, my husband requested a candle to be sent to our villa...
Nice looking pool. Have not used it as i dont like pools. Nicest staff. They provided a hot pot for use in my room. Room had a fridge, huge shower. Room rather small with big bed. No room to live out of your suitcase. But there is plenty of storage and hanging space to unpack your suitcase.
I was a little hesitant about the quality of the hotel due to the price being so low. Once I checked in, all the doubts were gone. The hotel is very nice, clean, and inviting. The staff is top notch and unbelievably helpful. Definitely will be back.
