A wonderful thing about the hotel is that it is operated by Metropolitan Tours. All or half day hiking and boat excursions led by a guide can be reserved at the desk. Flever and his sister was great!! Very helpful.. However, the tours he booked gave terrible terrible terrible service. Do not book with him if he is using same companies.. They lie and give terrible andf dangerous service and are extremely overpriced for what they give.. Hotel is good but yhr tours and guides and ship captains are dangerous for customers and give terrible terrible service!! Boats and vehicles and hotels they use are less than 1 star!!! Terrible!!!!!

You will be happy you stayed here. A cute hotel with a pool and very clean. The staff is super nice and helpful, but mostly Spanish speaking only. Prices are very cheap for what you get. Also included is free breakfast, not just your average continental either. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, cute, affordable room!

We went during a week when tourism was slow and the hotel still was amazing with custom breakfast to make sure it fit our tour schedules. The cook came in at 6:30 am twice during the week just for us. Hotel was clean, safe and they did everything needed to ensure stay is good. Pool was nice as well on top. Rooms comfortable for family and groups even. Not by the port or Charles Darwin Ave but also close, walk was 10 minutes to beat food street and tourist area or taxi $1.50 which is easy to get....
Maidith is such a wonderful hotel. It is very cute and clean. The owner Juan Carlos was a wealth of knowledge and so accommodating and always available to help out and recommends restaurants or excursions. Lourdes and Shisela were wonderful. They always made such a delicious breakfast and were so sweet. I definitely recommend Maidith as a place to stay.

The family that runs this B&B were extremely nice and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed here 3 nights. The location is great, close to Los Kioskos, the ferry/taxi docks, the fish market, and the trail to Tortuga Bay. The air conditioners worked well and there was hot water. Really great service, rooms were perfect. Continental breakfast is a huge understatement. They are happy to please with eggs however you like, fresh juice of all types, fresh bread and fresh local fruit. All delicious!
Does have WiFi however do not expect much (very slow to unuseably slow) on the island in general. Also, be sure to ask for different pillows if you do not like the foam ones.
