Makuharikaihin Prefectural Park offers a breezy escape when you need some green. International hotel chains line the streets, catering perfectly to business travelers with conference-ready amenities. Restaurants range from upscale hotel dining to casual food courts where you won't break the bank. The 30-minute train ride to Tokyo makes day trips a breeze while still letting you escape the big city chaos.
Mihama
Mihama Ward's waterfront area, Kaihin Makuhari, boasts Japan's second largest convention center, Makuhari Messe, and Chiba Marine Stadium, home to the Chiba Lotte Marines baseball team. Enjoy easy access via the Keiyō Line.

Chuo
As the commercial and governmental hub of Chiba, Chūō Ward boasts attractions like Chiba Shrine and Fukuda Denshi Arena. Multiple transport options, including JR East lines and Chiba Urban Monorail, ensure easy access.

Chiba City Centre
Chiba City Centre mixes business buzz with tourist-friendly spots. Browse the impressive art and science museums or visit the historic Chiba Shrine for a dose of culture. The area truly comes alive during rush hour when suits dash between gleaming corporate towers. Getting around couldn't be easier with Chiba Station connecting to Tokyo in 40 minutes and Narita Airport in just 30. Enjoy sushi counters and ramen shops where local office workers grab lunch. Hotels cater mainly to business travelers with efficient service and modern amenities. The neighborhood quiets down considerably after work hours when the crowds head home.

KOKO HOTEL Premier Tokyo Bay Makuhari
"Really love this hotel, stayed twice already"
Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo - Shiodome
"The rooms are small. We were 3 in the room and had 3 small luggages and it was quite tight. Didn’t have enough room for luggage and people. The breakfast choices were okay. Breakfast time is from 6:30 to 9:30. Location is great! Train line is right next to the hotel. Will consider staying here again."
THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku
"The breakfast was magnificent, great location, with bakery attached to hotel, highly recommended"
APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Ekimae Tower
"The hotel is in a great area with easy walking distance to the train station as well as many great dining options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but still quite comfortable. With it being such a large hotel, sometimes it would take long to get an elevator and/or they would be quite full. This just meant planning for more time when traveling up and down, but it did not adversely affect the stay. Overall it was a very pleasant stay."
The Prince Park Tower Tokyo - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, LVX Collection
"The executive lounge in particular was excellent!"
Shinagawa Prince Hotel
"Awesome stay I would just get a bigger room next time"
Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo
"Staff were so helpful. We were in the east wing so it was a little bit of a hike with laundry but that was fine. You dont need laundry soap it comes with the machine. Centrally located to trains and city life. Breakfast was ok, I wish it rotated the selection because after 4 days of the same stuff I was done with the buffet. For me the beds were too firm, but thats a me problem. Definitely would stay here again"
