The massive Makuhari Messe convention center anchors this district where corporate types mingle with baseball fans heading to ZOZO Marine Stadium. Tokyo Disney Resort sits nearby, while shoppers flock to Aeon Mall Makuhari New City for retail therapy after meetings. Makuharikaihin Prefectural Park offers a breezy escape when you need some green. International hotel chains line the streets, catering perfectly to business travelers with conference-ready amenities. Restaurants range from upscale hotel dining to casual food courts where you won't break the bank. The 30-minute train ride to Tokyo makes day trips a breeze while still letting you escape the big city chaos.

"Great, helpful staff. Great location. Within walking distance of many places in Roppongi. Only complaint would be the size of the bathrooms. Check-in and checkout processes were smooth & easy."
Shinjuku Granbell Hotel
"A Wonderful Stay at Granbell Hotel Shinjuku I had a really lovely stay at the Granbell Hotel Shinjuku in Tokyo. From the moment I arrived, I felt very comfortable and completely at home. The staff were excellent — friendly, helpful and professional throughout my stay. The location was a huge bonus. It was right in the middle of everything, making it so easy to get around and explore Tokyo. I really enjoyed my trip to Japan, and having such a convenient base made the experience even better. I also appreciated all the little thoughtful touches the hotel provided. The cleansing oil and facial cleansing wash were a lovely bonus, and having complimentary water in the fridge was very convenient. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Considering the location, facilities and service, I thought the price was very reasonable as well. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at Granbell Hotel Shinjuku. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again when I return to Tokyo. Highly recommended!"
