"The staff is very friendly and helpful. From the bell boy to the chamber main the attention to detail and customer service was outstanding.
The beds and pillows were excellent. I highly recommend the premium level. It includes discounts, breakfast, happy hour, and light refreshments. It is close to many historical landmarks. It is also close to the light rail. If you arrive at AIFA airport, it is very convenient. We took the train and saved a lot.

Absolutely beautiful property. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The area is in the most beautiful and safe part of Mexico City. My only complaint about this hotel was that despite the high nightly price, they still try to get you to “upgrade” your room and pay a even higher nightly fee to get a room with a view, breakfast, and access to their rooftop lounge that is not available to all guests without this upgrade or an access fee. Overall great experience though
Requested for the same room (406) I stayed the last time so I knew what to expect. I like that this hotel is away from the touristy area. I got to experience people living in the area going about their daily routine. I always looked forward getting back to a quiet and air conditioned room after a long day of sightseeing and braving the metro rush hour crowd.
Great location. The accommodations were super and service was excellent. The bar tender Michelle was wonderful and provided us with great information of the local area and amenities.
The Zocalo Central was amazing. Free abundant breakfast at the charming rooftop restaurant plus hearty snacks and beer 24/7. The room was quiet and beautiful. Tengo que agradecer al eficaz staff que me atendió. Nosotras visitamos de Oregon y la atención iba bien hasta… la primer noche que se descompuso el A/C pero inmediatamente me movieron de cuarto a una mejor habitación y estaban siempre al pendiente que estábamos bien. Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great.
