What a fantastic experience at Milu! To start, the staff was friendly and made us feel at home right away. Our room was clean and quiet, with the most amazing shower! We enjoyed the breakfast on the patio and found it to be a very satisfying way to start the day. The hotel maintained a relaxed feel while still being vibrant - colorful, modern art and design to enjoy while relaxing with a cup of tea from the open library. We would definitely stay again, thanks Milu for a great experience!
The best thing about Hotel Rapallo is EVERYTHING. To start with the location is most convenient, about 10 mins from main train station and about 10 to 15 walk to all the attractions and restaurants. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely lady Regina, she was very polite, friendly and helpful. Our check in was an absolute breeze. Regina also provided us with the map and to our surprise was also able to get us the booking for Academia Museum for the next day...in a nut shell...most amazing...
We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Il Colle. Everything was just perfect, starting with the reception when Claudia was very cordial and made us feel so welcome, to the breakfast that was incredibly copious and delicious, the magical views of Florence and beyond, the rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful, and of course the property is pristine and impeccably landscaped along with a gorgeous infinity pool to cool off after beautiful days of sightseeing. All in all just such a memorable and...
Amazing B&B with great access to the Autostrada for easy day trips to the countryside and a bus stop just outside for easy access to Florence. The breakfasts for great and the staff was just phenomenal. I would absolutely stay here again.
This is my first and definitely not the last time. The property is just the way I wanted to have a vacation in the Toscana. The rooms were amazing clean, with AC , spacious and quit. The property is beautiful with 2 pools, the views are spec
Very nice property, friendly staff, tasty dinner and wine, included breakfast limited but acceptable. 20 min away from city center. comfortable bed
Highly recommendable if your visit Firenze
.
The newer building where great two separate bathrooms. The pool however needs to put a limit of how many drinks people can have. There is also a staff member at the restaurant that wasn't to friendly. However overall all structure was great.
Pros: Comfortable, clean and spacious space. We really enjoyed the amenities and spaciousness of the apartment.
The views were amazing and unobstructed. Calm and noise free.
Cons: As it is a stand alone farm, there are no stores or restaurants close by. We had to drive every time we needed something.
The family that owns and operates this charming hotel and restaurant are truly outstanding individuals who go far beyond what is expected of them to make guests feel like they are also part of the family.
Beautiful, charming piece of Heaven in the mountains. Incredibly helpful and warm staff. Great food. Shower was a little rustic, but we all loved our stay!
Our stay was overall positive and the views in the daylight overlooking the Tuscan scenery is absolutely gorgeous. A nice modern accommodation. Had issues with keys but maintenance came quickly. Quiet area outside the city hustle.
A couple things to keep in mind that would make the stay better- the beds are more like sofabed quality so our backs were a bit paining. To enter the property is a bit confusing- especially can be challenging in the nighttime as it’s a foot path up a long steep hill...
Old hotel in an old mountain top town. Given the limitations of this environment the Cisterna is a great little hotel that met all of our needs .The Cisterna is located in Cisterna Square in town close to sights, dining and a valley view walkway. The views to the valley from the rooms is amazing. The rooms are a good size and are modernized and comfortable. The staff is great (friendly and helpful). Many choices for dining close by (in the square) but others will require some minor hills and...
We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The price was so worth it. The resort has a delicious restaurant, comfortable and luxurious accommodations, a lovely bar, relaxing pool area, and the most amazing Tuscan hills view. We can attest that the romantic sunset they promote is spot on. There is a quaint downtown a 10 minutes walk away as well. It was conveniently located to Florence and many other Tuscan locations. It was amazing to get an authentic Tuscan experience.
This place is amazing, and was a great deal in the off season. We paid €120 for a very nice room with a great big shower and a little private patio. The downside is being a long way from Florence’s attractions and restaurants. The closest place to eat was an 8 minute walk. If you have a car and want to be away from the madness of the tourist areas this is your place. VERY quiet.
This boutique hotel was absolutely wonderful! Amazing location, cold AC, incredibly comfy beds, huge and modern bathroom, free breakfast and appertivo, and a convenient spa. We truly enjoyed our stay here! The best part was the attentive staff who reached out before our stay and helped us throughout- giving restaurant recommendations as well as booking reservations and tours for us. Special shout out to Adriano and Olga, two amazing staff members who assisted us during our trip.
If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable.
I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. For money savers, taking a bus #14 just for 2 euro may be suitable. The bus stop for #14 is only 2 blocks walk...
