Good value for money on the rooms, though they are small (which is normal for Europe in general). Walking distance to Olympiapark for concerts and events, which I was there for. "Trip for Oktoberfest and this hotel did not disappoint. The proximity to the actual festival was very convenient, but in a nice safe and quiet neighborhood. The Gm/owner knows about hospitality and creates a warm and inviting environment. If ever in Munich again this will be our go to hotel always. They have a wonderful breakfast with lovely opera music in the background. This hotel is wonderful! "
