This is a beautiful property located across the street from the Botanical Garden and green space. We stayed in the suite which I would recommend. It is so so nice! The host and hostess were available on the premise for what ever we needed. There are several areas in the villa for relaxation. It is quite for sleeping and safe for walking at night within a few blocks of shopping and eating.
The hotel is a very convenient location to the terminal. Often international flights get in late like mine and I emailed the hotel in advance to let them know I was a late checkin and my room was ready and the team on hand were so friendly and helpful. The room felt fresh, the sheets were so soft. I honestly had the best sleep after my flight and didnt rush leaving because of late checkout.
Quality exemplified and tangible in every corner and detail! The impeccable service and warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a confortable and relaxing stay. The pristine cleanliness of the room was truly impressive.
But what truly stood out was the attention to detail throughout the entire property, all showcased a commitment to excellence that is rarely seen. Whether savoring a gourmet breakfast at the on-site restaurant or resting at the room, it was evident that every aspect of this...
The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. It was nice to have kitchen facilities to cook a meal when I did not feel like going out for dinner. Pak'nSave grocery across the street to easily get what I needed. I will definitely stay there again on a return trip.
Had the pleasure of staying here for two nights and had a lovely time - not only were the staff friendly, but they gave me a free room upgrade and the room itself was lovely. Well-stocked kitchenette area with all the utensils and dishes you'd need, comfortable beds, and nice and spacious.
I arrived after midnight in Christchurch airport, cleared immigration and customs, and then was able to call the hotel for a pick up with their shuttle, who were very quickly available. The driver had the key and opened the room, which was a bit on the older side, but very adequate, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bed was made up and there were towels provided, although there were no extra blankets. I was extremely cold and since it was so late, didn’t really know how to work the heater...
Well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting area and bedroom. We cooked and treated the place like an apartment which was more comfortable than a strict hotel room.
What a great place! Friendly staff, easy parking, HUGE room; separate bedroom from the lounge and little table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette.
Updated, clean, quiet (quieter after the bar closed on our side of the building) and comfortable beds.
Easy access to shops, restaurants and church ~ There is a laundry that made it nice to use rather than the sink!
I stayed in one of their smaller rooms. It was SMALL, but completely functional. The bar served great drinks and the food was fantastic. I'd definately stay here again!
This room was very spacious. The bed had a big dent in the mattress from overuse on one side. The kitchen was nice and very helpful. Could hear our neighbors talking through the wall while we tried to sleep. Convenient location just across the street from Hayley Park. Restaurants were a short walk away. Short drive to the Riccarton Mall.
