"Personas muy amigables, excelente trato, muy atentos a tus necesidades. El hotel está prácticamente al centro de todo tienes el templo de Karnak cerca, tienes el templo de Luxor cerca, tiene la estación del ferry cerca para cruzar el río Nilo e irte al otro lado al valle de los Reyes otra cosa que me olvidaba tienen el servicio de restaurante que por cierto la comida es deliciosa y abundante "

C'est un hôtel très sympathique
Le manager Mr Gaddis est vraiment dévoué à cet hôtel familial et on ressent une ambiance calme qui rejaillit sur tout le personnel
je n'aime pas faire de commentaires
Mais puisse cet hôtel perdurer et que Mr Gaddis qui à eu un accident de la hanche se rétablisse très rapidement , car malgré cet handicap , il avait une présence constante à l'hôtel
j'y serai encore en DECEMBRE 20924

"The rooms in general are good, the air conditioning is very noisy, the Wi-Fi connection works very poorly, the receptionists do not speak good English. Which makes communication and booking of services very difficult.
I am not happy with the transfer service they offered us for the visit to Kings Valley.
The driver didn't speak any English, the car ran out of fuel and we had to walk a stretch. They charged us a pretty high price for Egyptian costs, and the service was not good.
