"I have stayed here for 3 times before and had a great nights sleep and a great breakfast there. The room was in great shape for it's age, and apparent that furnishings etc had been replaced in the past few years time. I didn't have any issues with anything.I will stay there again."

"The staff at the hotel were the nicest people ever! We got to the hotel before the check in time, but they let us check in early. When we inquired about places to eat, they recommended the restaurant there and several of the waitresses chatted with us as we were checking out the menu trying to decide if I'd be able to eat anything on it because of my dietary issues. The hotel itself is decorated with a good mix of comfort and history. Our room was small and quaint. We were in the back of the historical section so it was quiet. The only complaints I have are the bed was way too hard, there isn't a fan in the bathroom and when I was showering the water all of a sudden got cold. Otherwise this is one of the best places my husband and I have stayed in! The hotel is right next to the state park where there's a spa and a Roman bathhouse where you can go soak in the mineral water. And again, the front desk clerks are the nicest, friendliest people!!! If/when we get back to Berkeley Springs, we will definitely stay there again, just not in the same room. 😊 "

"We found this to be a nice place to stay. Check-in staff was pleasant. Room was clean and beds were comfy. The bathroom was large and had enough space to put our things by the sink. It was nicely lit and the shower pressure was amazing. Plenty of towels and washcloths and of good quality. We didn't do breakfast but found the location convenient to multiple eating places. We will definitely stay again."
