No complaints. We stayed on the 18th floor and never had a long wait for the elevator (like I have experienced in some other places). The kitchenette was well stocked, beds soft and comfortable and bathroom is spacious in which I absolutely love.
Gym, heated indoor pool, indoor and outdoor patios, laundry accommodations, fridge, microwave, walking distance restaurant, easy freeway access/ gas stations, plentiful parking, beautiful décor and landscaping. Coffee shop/bistro.
Centrally located to city and other destinations. No reason to stay anywhere else when traveling Chicago.
We had a good experience staying in the hotel. The only bad thing was a strong smell of cleaning supplies. It smelled like lysol all over the main area/lobby and it was very very strong and not pleasant. Hopefully in the future you'll find some better and less smelling solutions.
Stayed at this property before never had any complaints the young lady checked me in very nice great customer service skills friendly and it’s the same lady who checked me in before I just want to tell her me and my family really appreciate her welcoming us making us feel like we’re at home thanks
Very pleased would recommend to anyone planning a visit in downtown and looking for a place too stay at a reasonable price love the fact parking is available on site for 39 tax might be a little pricey but it’s way cheaper than most places in down town I payed a total of about $150 including the parking for the night the only thing I did not like was that you can’t control the central air settings it’s controlled by the staff so I had too call a few time about it being cold so they decided too...
Big spacious room with complete kitchen. Beautiful views of the city. Restaurants and CVS pharmacy nearby. Decent selection of foods on breakfast buffet. Walking distance to the Navy Pier, Riverwalk and the Millennium Park. Parking garage is great but it is $55/ day extra.
We will definitely be staying here again! Great location, clean room, and great service. They even have a great complimentary breakfast which is a must have in a city like Chicago.
The staff was great also. We had to switch trains for an earlier one due to weather and got into Chicago in the AM. Check in is 4pm and with two small children we were worried about what to do for hours but the staff helped us out and luckily had a room available.
Three day trip to Chicago. The hotel was a great central location in downtown and a 10 to 15 minute walk to most sites, Navy Pier, River walk, Michigan Avenue, all the great pizza places. The hotel was smaller compared to most which we loved. Room was updated, bathroom very nice and king sized bed very comfortable. We used the blue line to get to and from O’Hare via Clark station (a 12 minute walk from hotel.). We used the red line via Chicago station (10 min walk from hotel) to go see a Cubs...
