"If anyone is passing through Brooks & needs to crash at a budget motel for a night or more, this is the place to stay!
While the room I stayed in & the motel overall was definitely a bit dated & could use some TLC, all the basic amenities I needed from a budget motel were available.
The highlight of my stay was the staff, by far. Super friendly & welcoming right from check-in. They even called to let me know I had forgotten an item in my room.
For a budget motel, I couldn't have asked for...

"El hotel estaba en obras y, aunque nuestra reserva estaba realizada 3 meses antes de la estancia, nos dieron una habitación que tenia en la fachada andamios y ,además, esos andamios estaban cubiertos por un toldo. ¿para que sirve realizar una reserva con tanta antelación si asignan las habitaciones a la llegada? Además me queda una duda, por haber realizado la reserva con un buscador como es la página de hoteles.com ¿dan las peores habitaciones? Tengo claro que el hotel no estaba lleno, ni mucho...
