"I loved the peacefullness of the rainforest. The staff was amazing. The only thing that was not great was the food. They should specials on everyday of the week. I asked for eggs over medium and I got hard eggs. The steak tacos had no flavor and the steak was hard. The only good thing that we ate was the skirt steak with mash and they can put more mash on the plate."

"This is the place to stay! We had a car and found everything to be very close and easy to get to without it being busy. Parking was easy. The staff was great and the breakfast was delicious! We would stay here again easily"

"This is our second stay at this hotel. We appreciate the kid-friendly activities, such as visiting the onsite farm and vegetable garden. We love the hot springs and enjoy walking around the hotel, which features a large variety of plants and small animals. During our visit, it was the rainy season, making it difficult to keep our clothes dry. It would be beneficial if the hotel could provide a drying machine for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel."
