"Second stay here and recommend other family members. This time one of the beds was not clean dog hair and dried grass was in the bed. The staff was swift to replace the sheets however. Breakfast provided was hot and good variety."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff were excellent. We checked in around 8pm to just stay the night, we weren’t related to any of the big events going on at the hotel. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room on the second floor, very close to the large event. We could hear the music thumping all night. Thankfully it ended by 11, but would have much appreciated to be placed further away from the festivities. I didn’t bother saying anything because we were so tired and I am pregnant. The mattresses are very firm, if you like that. The room service was far superior to any room service I’ve ever had in my life - it was a delicious omelette and sandwich spread. Came right on time, still wonderfully warm."

"The front staff was not particularly helpful or friendly. The hallways were loud and we were woken up during the night by loud guests. I probably won’t stay here again unless absolutely necessary. We were in town for my son’s swim meet so all we needed was clean and quiet. At least the room was clean."
