"Our stay at the Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort was truly exceptional. We booked through Hotels.com a couple of months in advance, and from our first enquiry until our return to South Africa, Samuel Sakuhuka, the Guest Relations Manager, provided outstanding service. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and our wedding anniversary, and Samuel went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly special. Our room was spacious, modern, spotless, and offered spectacular views of the pool area and the Zambezi River. The room was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, and complimentary bottled water was replenished daily. The resort's location is perfect, close to Victoria Falls and a shopping centre, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the gym, putt-putt course, and beautiful pool area overlooking the river. Our three-year-old absolutely loved the Kids Club and looked forward to visiting every day. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the service throughout the resort was consistently warm and attentive. What made our stay unforgettable were the thoughtful touches arranged by the team. They surprised my husband with a birthday cake and wine, and for our anniversary they created the most beautiful and romantic setup, exceeding all our expectations. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly valued as guests. Thank you to the team"

"The hostel itself is great and I really like it. Is very well located, has great vibe and very helpful staff. There is a kitchen, bar/restaurant, swimming pool, lots of sitting space available, very clean and well maintained bathroom and toilets and lots of power sockets available. The internet is decent. Really lots of very positive things about the hostel. There is one negative thing though. We stayed in a private room. The room itself is pretty bad and needs urgent renovation. The mattress was good, but that's it. Doors have an issue closing it, no air conditioning (luckily we were in winter time), dirty walls and ceiling, pretty bad other furniture and quite tight room for a couple. I'd have given 5* if the private room is better."

The hotel is on the street so daytime street noise is inevitable, but it is very quiet at night. The room is clean, though basic. I enjoyed a very good stay thanks to the gracious and helpful staff. "We loved the ambiance and the authentic African vibe of the hotel. The view of the Zambezi River is just gorgeous and the grounds and restaurants are lovely with very tasty food at reasonable prices. We took advantage of the spa and I had both a facial and a massage that were very relaxing and I would highly recommend. The activities director was very helpful and made our stay effortless as we toured both sides of Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park, The David Livingstone museum and went on a lovely sunset cruise on the Zambezi River which is a must do !!"
