"We prepaid for a King Whirlpool Suite, and were put in a two double be room at checkin. Grand Bear said Expedia commonly overbooks, and room 308 was all they had available. I was told twice by management and staff to contact Expedia for a refund in the difference in price for the rooms. That appears to be about $80.00"
