"After a terrible experience at another hotel, Sparks Hotel completely turned our trip around. This hotel truly saved us from what had been a very frustrating and disappointing stay elsewhere. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and a huge contrast to our previous accommodations. The room was comfortable, fresh, and exactly what we needed after a stressful night. It’s clear that the team takes pride in providing a great experience for their guests. We are extremely grateful to have found Sparks Hotel and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding customer service."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty, there was hair in the shower, and the entire room smelled like a gym locker room. We arrived very late due to a flight delay and called ahead to let the hotel know we would be checking in late, but they still had issues with our reservation when we arrived. We got to the hotel around 3:30 AM, but because of the reservation problems, we didn’t receive our room until 4:00 AM. After finally getting into the room, we only stayed a few hours to get some sleep before checking out and moving to another hotel as soon as possible. The condition of the room and the overall experience were completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone!!!"

"Good location for easy access to highways, restaurants and shopping. The property is older (renovated), but you can tell it has been around a while. The floors seemed slightly tilted in locations, were very creaky and the hallways were musty smelling. The rooms were clean and I had almost no complaints except for the noisy shower/tub. I luckily was on the second floor, but I imagine that every step above in the shower and on the creaky floor was audible below. The breakfast ok served its purpose, although the eggs tasted like powdered eggs, but I didn't mind too much. Otherwise a great stay."

"Free breakfast was horrendous and not many options. Our room had a sour moldy smell and bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. I complained to the front desk rep and I was told they did not have maids on duty but they would spray something in the room. Whatever it was made smell somewhat tolerable. One night stay but never again."
