"We stayed in an upstairs deluxe suite - it was quiet, newly renovated and modern. Communication with the team at each stage of the booking was prompt and clear. Check-in & out was easy and convenient. Great to be able to park right in front of the room. We had everything we needed and more! Excellent value for money. Absolutely recommend."

"Stayed here for two weeknights mid-ish August 2026. Service was really great. Very professional and courteous. The rooms were nice enough. Ours was pretty spacious with a balcony with not much of a view (guess that is what you get for only $400/night). Pretty pricey during summer time. That said, the setting and grounds are spectacular. As they stress, a very traditional NE summer resort. We did not eat there at all and didn't partake of much of the entertainment they had to offer, but my daughters loved the ambiance, the historical buildings, the sunsets, and scenery. While we didn't partake of much of the entertainment, we could see it all around us. Regret is not spending enough time here (we treated it more like a hotel than a resort)."

"Nice enough. For a hotel at this price level the amenities were mediocre. Too much focus on technology - QR codes are needed for almost any information where a simple piece of paper would make it easier. Front desk was polite, but sent you to a QR to find any actual information. Hotel restaurant was mediocre, and had a very very limited menus after 10. Room was nice. Noisy - we could hear the goings on in rooms next to us and over us. Not awful, but we will likely seek another place on the next trip to town."
