"When we arrived no one was at the front desk there was a sign that read “helping another guest will be right back”. When the front desk person arrived 15 minutes later they didn’t say sorry for your wait just said, “what’s your name?, and I need your ID and credit card”. The room was okay but there was a knocking sound outside the window like a flag hitting a flagpole it was so disrupting when trying to sleep. And the towels smelled of cigarette smoke, when it’s a non smoking hotel. But overall, the stay was not bad."

"This is a well-maintained hotel with clean comfortable rooms, a friendly helpful staff and a typical breakfast bar. The location is easy to get to and though our room was on the freeway side of the hotel we did not hear traffic noise thru the night."

"There was no complimentary breakfast not even a free cup of coffee. The bar actually closed down an hour early and turned people away. We ended up walking across the street to the Sheridan's bar."

"The room was incredibly clean. Breakfast was a typical breakfast with eggs, potatoes and sausage. Also offered yogurt, waffles and fruit. Only issue was the shower head is on the ceiling and doesnt have any water pressure which is awful for washing thick hair."

"Had to pay for parking when its not listed anywhere. Room was clean. Just not the room I reserved. To crowded to eat breakfast. One of the elevators didnt work. "

"Enjoyed my stay at the Winslow. The staff was extremely accommodating. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, large towels and a steamer to touch up my clothes. The breakfast was good. I woukd stay there again. "

"Room was dated, not as clean as this caliber of hotel should be, and the in room dining was absolutely awful. We had a strange loud clanking sound that occurred all night long, I was not able to sleep. I even recorded it and showed the front desk—they refused any refund and I had to deal with corporate for days for a $100 off of our stay. Terrible stay, terrible customer service experience. We will never return here! (In all fairness, Omni hotels are usually exceptionally great and we stay at them regularly)."
