"Our trouble started when we went to our room. The door would not open. I had to use my body to get the door open since we were in we agreed to wait til morning to report the problem. We turned the heat on as it was cool in the room, got ready for bed and then the heater started making a banging noise. Needless to say we did not sleep well. The next morning we reported the problems, were told someone would fix them and off we went. Upon return we were happy to see that the door opened much easier, only a little push, the heater how ever still made a noise. I went to the frunt desk to get blankets and to again report the problem with the heater. I was assured someone would be up to look at it. That never happened. The blankets came in handy. The next morning I went to get coffee, came back to the room and had to bust down the door again. Needless to say I was glad we were leaving. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite consistent long lines at the check n counter. "

"Parking is difficult unless you want to pay the daily Valet fee of $60, otherwise it is street parking where you have to move your car every 2 hours from 9am to 7pm M-F. The TV had a crack but did affect the image and the remote volume doesn’t actually control the volume anyways. The fridge door was crooked so that was a pleasure to close. Most importantly the bed was worst than the one I slept on in Afghanistan. Old spring style mattress with a “pillow top”."

"We were told over the phone that parking was included with the price of the room. This false information cost us an additional $65.00. The parking garage was like catacombs and poorly marked with no space numbers. The TV cut off more that it worked; that is, the channels could not be picked up by the dish or cable. There was no sci-fi station."
