"Hotel was nice but they told me my room was upgraded on their terms and it was not .. this was suppose to be a romantic couple of days with my wife but they put us in a room with bunk beds and then resort fees were way higher then other hotel .. overall not a good experience"

"Breakfast it was so good! Had an amazing room, so spacious, you have a full kitchen basically and a living room with 2 tvs!!! Also the breakfast such a big variety of food, you even have omelettes which changes every day!! Overall such a good experience, i didn’t try the bar because i had a late check i, but you get complementary drinks and snacks from 5-6:30 which its so worth it! There is also a shuttle but because it was taking so long we decided to take an uber to the parks instead, which only cost us like 9 dollars."

The conflicting information between Expedia and the hotel feels misleading and has impacted my experience. I would appreciate clarification on this matter and a resolution, whether that be honoring the included breakfast as advertised or providing appropriate compensation for the inconvenience."
