Room was nice, didn’t use anything else in hotel

this is just a fun place to stay. Lots of character, great staff, walkable area. I've been here several times and come back when I'm stopping in Wichita.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Derby. The staff were congenial and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful the location was quiet off the main road, and the room was very comfortable.

Quick overnight stay. Great staff! Room was spacious & clean, quiet. Water was very soft (Feels like you can't get the soap off, but that's probably the condition of the water in the area.) but warm & plenty of water pressure. Bathroom had adequate counterspace, towels & functional lighting. Workout room was small, ceiling too low for equipment & spiders & their webs dropped on my head & equipment, but it worked. Breakfast was very good.

The place is nice - we only had one complaint that we were in the second floor and could hear everything above us as far as foot traffic. But the staff was so friendly - the lady who worked the breakfast bar was so sweet, helpful, and very accommodating I don’t now how she did it all and still had a smile on her face. This property is FANTASTIC! Not only is the property well appointed with a nice vibe; but, the customer service is TOP NOTCH!!!!! The room was spacious, clean and had a nice contemporary decor. The bed was super comfy. Front desk personnel were very helpful. There was just one problem. We had no hot water for a shower in the morning. When I reported this at the front desk, Tiffany, the gm at the hotel IMMEDIATELY apologized and COMPED the stay. UNBELIEVABLE! Wow, I walked away with a great...

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff is outstanding. We had no problems what so ever. The room was clean the bedding was super. I enjoyed every minute. Our truck broke down and while we were waiting to have it serviced we were forced to stay and wait. Like I said we cant complain about anything. The breakfast was great. I thank everyone here. We couldn't have made it without the staff. They all made us comfortable.

The staff was super friendly and made me feel appreciated and welcomed. Hotel was clean, room and bed were so comfortable. I think it would be better if you had a larger sign to help people find the hotel off of Taft St.

I am beyond pleased. The rooms and hotel in general are worth substantially more than is charged. I wish I had more than a business reason to travel to Ark City. I will definitely stay in this hotel every opportunity I get.

Friendly staff. Lovely couple owns the property. Rooms are clean and updated. It us every thing I need to get rest and relax. Great coffee in the morning.
