"We didnt realize this was a pet friendly hotel...when we got to the second floor it immediately smelled like dog pee. I was concerned. When we got in our room, it smelled heavily of Fabuloso or other cleaning products, which made us feel like there had been a pet accident in our room. I am sensitive to heavy synthetic fragrances, I had to get out of the room. We had to have the window open for a few hours even though it was warm outside. It eventually got better. The last day when we sat by the pool, its a small area & smelled so bad of dog poop. Not a lot of places you can leave to... Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, but the pet stuff wasnt fun."

"My bathroom light didn’t work and I asked front desk if I could change rooms to at least do my makeup I had an event to go to. She said maintenance wasn’t around or her manager . And there was nothing she could do. I couldn’t understand why i couldn’t change rooms. And she never called me back to let me know if maintenance was there. I had to do my makeup with my phone light on. I won’t be going back! "

"The exhaust in restroom did not work. their breakfast was not like other Super 8 s we have stayed at. The plate they had were not big enough for a waffle, there was no eggs, no sausage no toast , the remote didn't work very well. The coffee cup lids did not fit the cups, there was no room phone the floors felt unclean, I paid a 5 star rate for 3 star room! This was not as advertised on Expedia and I will think hard before booking a super 8 by Wyndham again Thank you"

"AC wasn’t working for first night and it’s really loud when it does work but staff was quick to come up with solution which was to bring in a standing heater since it was pretty cold at night "
