I paid for a late checkout but got a call at normal checkout time telling me I had to leave. I had to tell them I paid extra and they said ok but at that point I felt very uncompfortable so I left. "Great hotel. Very clean and new, but minimalistic on purpose. For example, no clock in the bedroom or coffee maker. But they have better coffee 24/7 down in the lobby. I would go back."

"Aloft properties are especially good for business travel, and this was no exception. Inviting lobby and staff, with a bar and breakfast options (mostly prepackaged, like yogurts and simple handhelds, but also varied coffee options— I had a great latte made for me). Comfortable and spacious rooms. Fairly quiet. This location is very close to an outdoor mall area with lots of dining options too (including a grocery store), so finding meals was a breeze. Would stay again."
