"Excelente hotel familiar! Especialmente Leticia de recepción es una maravilla de persona! Te hace sentir como en tu casa!
Limpio, bien ubicado, comodo habla español y el plus de la alberca hace la estadia distinta despues de un dia intenso de ski.
100% recomendable!!!!

Refrigerator (mini fridge) ridicously small, and was malfunctioning (all way coldest) and It wasn't enough cooling beverages.
One room lamp didn't function
No hot water, not consistent temp water, (very hassling)
Tv didn't function
Room climate without maintenance (filter warning light), yet Quiet, very outdated though.
At 6 nights, no housekeeping visit, not even for soap, towel, or paper tissue replenish

"Place was great for the price! They had a huge TV, which was fun because we had just been tent camping. Nice amenities, including coffee in the room. Bed was comfortable, and enormous if you like that. It seemed large even for a king. Maybe it was because of that little tent the night before!"
