This is a beautiful boutique hotel, and the owners take such good care of their guests. I had to leave early for business, so they packed me a lunch bag and even personalized it. It reminded me of my school days! They’re amazing, and I highly recommend staying here.

Cant say this enough, our group LOVED Highland Resorts in Guerneville and want to return. The cabins are beautiful and comfortable. The people friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a retreat type atmosphere this is a wonderful place to be.
Beautiful place! The staff was extremely personable, friendly and helpful. Got an upgraded room, which was impeccably clean, modern, yet cozy. So many lovely touches that made this a great stay, like the complimentary hot apple cider, staff knowing you by name, and watercolor map of the property. Delicious breakfast, and also highly recommend the dinner tasting menu! Will definitely be returning! Centrally located within the Russian River area.
So the Inn and receptionists, waitstaff fine dining restaurant were great. Food was phenomenal too. But the majority of the staff at the restaurant across the street were cold, unfriendly and a bunch of prudes. I politely asked one of the waiters if i could sit at the bar and he said “Well can you? Like physically. Go see the hostess she needs to do a headcount.” I go see the hostess and she was like hmm 1 person not sure let me see. Made a face and spoke to her colleague. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave and coffee/hot chocolate/tea. Also a vending machine with oatmeal, cup of noodles and a variety of snacks. There was no fitness center or jacuzzi but we enjoyed hiking in the area to the beaches and tide pools. There were many nice restaurants to choose from with delicious seafood. A free bottle of wine was included in our stay. We enjoyed our time there!
We spent a few nights for a weekend escape with our dog from San Francisco.
The location is ideal for exploring the wineries in Sonoma and Healdsburg by car.
The staff was extremely welcoming, and the property was clean and exactly what we were looking for during our brief staycation.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now when I travel with work. The staff is amazing. Ashely at the reception is always very friendly and helpful. Devon is my favorite bartender. He is always very welcoming. I recommend this hotel for the staff and vibe. Beds and comfortable and rooms are clean. The restaurant, Grossmans is delicious. My favorite is the Lox & Latke Benedict

Wonderful place to stay. Was in town for a 4 day dog show and was made to feel very welcome. Room was comfy, amazing bathroom, grounds are lovely and the lounge is amazing! We had wine tasting in the lounge one night and a bonfire the next.
Enjoyed very much, however, expectation of adult oriented environment disturbed by a number of young children and crying baby. Hope this is more closely observed by the property.
