"Room was very clean. Lots of noise from adjoining room. When i told staff I almost called the police because of suspected domestic, the response was, "Oh." No manager listed as being on duty any of the 3 times I was at the front desk. "

"The front desk was a male he was nice and efficient. The hot tub was dark brown the water looked filthy and it wasn’t hot it was only warm. The pool area didn’t even have a garbage can available. The hot tub was such a disappointment since we stayed there specifically because we wanted to use the Hot Tub. The sofa bed had a dirty and stained mattress cover and when we called the front desk to kindly request clean sheets, a comforter and 2 pillows she was so rude on the phone and asked for us to go get them. I kindly asked if they could be brought up which she answered with an attitude and said I guess and hung up. We would Never stay here again. I’ve had way better experiences at other hotels with the similar price range. Very disappointing and would not recommend. "

"Nice staff, and properly staffed, excellent breakfast, overall clean , freeway close, lit parking--everything we needed for a few nights stay. Not far from Sequoia Nat Park and Sequoia Nat. Forest. "

"This hotel was perfect for our family. They cleaned our rooms daily, the staff was THE friendliest and most helpful. My boys used the pool daily to burn extra energy after the Sequoias and Kings Canyon. "

"Great Stay. Needed a place to rest our heads before enjoying Pinnacles. Friendly staff. Room was spotless and freshly updated. Comfy bed and good pillows. Breakfast looked good. We weren’t hungry but lots of foods to choose from."
