"Zach was amazing. Our room had a broken AC unit and he helped us switch to a more comfortable room. It happened to be 111 degrees that day, so he made our night by doing this, despite being very busy with other guests and things that had come up. "

"The cabin and setting were lovely, and our first day was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the next morning was disrupted by extremely loud construction and strong fumes, which was especially difficult since we came for fresh mountain air to help with asthma. The front desk was not very helpful at first and simply pointed to a small sign about construction, even though we booked through Expedia and had no prior warning. Only after several guests complained were we offered another cabin. We chose to spend the day outdoors until the noise stopped at 5 p.m. Overall, it’s a nice facility, and I would have rated it a 10 if the staff had been more honest, empathetic, and accommodating about the construction situation."
