I stayed here one night meeting my daughter for a girls trip. The hotel entrance is spacious and inviting. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. We dined at Carboni’s and had a spa day at ZenTerra, excellent food and exceptional treatments at both locations; just steps from our room! Winters is a midway point for us to get together and will be making this our go-to for future visits. So glad I found Hotel Winters!

I really like this hotel and its amenities. Rooms are spacious, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection. Hot coffee in the checkin lounge as well as in the room. Shuttle is a bonus and takes the worry about getting to your flight on time. Would recommend for any overnight stay short or long. EC
I was disappointed in the way the room fees and incidental fee was not explained and then not being told we have to pay for parking so just things that were no disclosed till right at payment time and also there was alot of marajuana smell the whole time and that was annoying.

I always have a great experience here but I have dealt with Liz at the front desk 2 times now and she is always so rude to me. Stay was nice a quiet . The shower had good water pressure and ability to change shower setting. Towels and linen were clean with no stains . Front desk was super inviting and reassuring when checking in late due to travel delays.
