"Our family loves the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort with the pool and amenities. The water taxi is really nice to get to Universal and City Walk and there is bus stop to EPIC nearby. Getting an Uber / Lyft around town is easy. We also found a laundry on site to wash / dry clothes. This helped with having less luggage as well as having clean clothes when we get home. We will be coming back here!"

"The staff were friendly and attentive. The fitness center is spacious and adequately equipped. The food was quite good. My room was clean and comfortable, if a long walk from the lobby. The location was fairly convenient to the OCCC. The sink and off-set faucet should have been closer. The shuttle could have been more punctual, especially for Disney night, but the price is right (free)! 🤗"

"Amazing customer service. From beginning to end the people were kind, considerate and fast! The amenities for the price is crazy. Breakfast was above average and the team would politely come around and ask if anyone else wanted anymore food before they packed up. Definitely felt like a more expensive hotel. So much to do around within walking distance as well. Park and go. We travel alot and genuinely impressed with the overall experience. Thank you to the hotel staff."

"When doing research on places to stay this one kept showing up as “walkable” to Universal so I chose this one over others specifically to avoid long shuttle lines. Upon check-in we were told that it is walkable but is a little over a mile, and were told the shuttle is a much better option, so it wasn’t what I expected. The shuttle services did work great, and the lines were manageable so it all worked out. The common areas were fun, the restaurant food was acceptable, the staff was incredibly friendly, but the rooms were very small/tight and ours was kinda grungy. The rooms next to us had a room service tray with a lot of uneaten food sitting outside the door for atleast a day and half before it was picked up and we saw a decent number of roaches which I know are common in the area, but I have a feeling that regularly picking up food on the ground floor might help lessen the roaches."
