"Bathroom showers should have safety bars for getting in and out of the shower as well as a safety bar along the major wall to help with standing and bending. Breakfast was just ok. They need to change it up once in a while. Rather boring."

"The pool area was nice however there were never two chairs open together. We had a lovely patio area and hung out there. The bathroom could definitely use an upgrade. The dispensers didn’t work. The tub felt slippery. There was a coffee maker with tiny pods. A small fridge and no microwave. Food was ok. I never return food. My eggs could’ve been cooked another minute. We ordered breakfast sandwiches one morning and he said, let me know if they’re too burnt and I’ll make you another. After waiting 20 min we were not sending them back and we ate them. But, we really should’ve sent them back. Wait staff and was great! "

"First and foremost, the hotel is in very poor condition and is no longer what it was a year ago. Although the pool has a heater, it is not turned on unless specifically requested. Additionally, the pool filter is not properly maintained, and when this is brought to the attention of the front desk, the response makes it feel as though guests are inconveniencing the staff by asking for basic service. The customer service is extremely disappointing, particularly at the front desk. In contrast, the best service was provided in the cafeteria by Mr. Raul Sanchez, who was exceptionally kind and professional. It is unfortunate that individuals like him are not in leadership positions within the hotel. The hotel does not have a restaurant and only offers breakfast in the morning. There are no options available even to purchase basic items such as bottled water. The rooms are in unacceptable condition—unclean and poorly maintained. For example, the hairdryer was visibly dirty, with accumulated hair residue, which is completely unacceptable given the way the hotel is advertised on Expedia. Furthermore, the two blonde front desk staff members demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and ethical conduct. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the treatment received and would not recommend this hotel. "

"The hot tub wasn't working. Our telephone was broken and had to be replaced. We were told that there's a kitchenette. There wasn't. "

"My check in was terrible. We were not greeted. The front desk staff member had absolutely no customer service and his tag said that he was a manager. He was very short and simply told us to "tap, swipe, or insert here" with out explaining what he was charging us for (incidentals). It was very disappointing for our initial encounter at the hotel to be so unpleasant by a manager. He gave us no sort of orientation on the property at all or told us where anything was. Other staff on site were very friendly and courteous. The food at the on site restaurant was over priced for the value. The Caribbean nachos were disgusting. The service from the other staff was good. The room is very noisy as well as the bed but I did sleep comfortably. We were placed in an adjoining room and you could hear right through the door."

"A/C kept turning on and off very loudly every 5 minutes, making it unusable at night. Completely ruined my whole stay. Also, my friend was given a parking pass for free and I was forced to pay $72 to park for a few nights. Lastly, the computer at the bar went down and they would not let us settle our check up but we had an uber on the way and needed to leave. Overall, probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and the AC was the main problem. "
