Learn more about Sunnyvale
Wander through Historic Murphy Avenue, where tech billionaires and coding interns debate rival coffee shops between bites of artisanal donuts. The Computer History Museum chronicles Silicon Valley's evolution from garage startups to global dominance with endearing geekiness. Sunnyvale Heritage Park Museum reminds visitors that before the tech boom, this was orchard country. Families enjoy Golfland USA's mini-golf courses that somehow survive in a region of astronomical land values. The Lace Museum offers handcrafted delicacy in a world of microchips. Maple Tree Inn
"Number one the hotel is located in Sunnyvale near businesses and car dealerships so it feels very safe very visible plenty of parking. Plenty of lit parking. I should add as a security on the ground that patrol the parking lot. The room was a single king which came with a dresser office desk, safe and armoire for clothing bench to sit down and put your clothes. The luggage on huge bed an accident chair that is very comfortable nightstands and of course the shower amenities very clean very extreme mind. Nothing but too big to bulky everything we used and not an item in that living room room went unused very clean no odor notice when I open the windows I looked at the window pains and they’re very clean. Even when I turn on the AC unit it smell fresh the smell of mildew or static dust. great night sleep very quiet, easy checkout, and they actually offer free breakfast, which is really good."
Sonesta Silicon Valley
"Easy hassle free check in, the front desk woman was very nice. The junior suite room was spacious with large sliding doors that separated them with the bathroom in the middle. One room had a desk where I got some work done tv and couch. The other room had a large bed tv. Will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area! Very reasonably priced for a Friday night as well."
Uptown Oasis San Jose Airport
"Check in was a breeze with Priscilla, she gets 5 stars. Pool was perfect with the seating and overall depth (9ft). Bed wasn’t the best but the blackout curtains were nice and the room was large. Parking was good and it’s close to downtown. They have a buffet for 15$ and I'm told it was good by other members of my party. The squirrels were massive and I even saw a black one which I’ve never seen before. Would stay again."

The Grand Hotel
"Classic older California hotel with seating area and kitchenette, clean well maintained and comfortable. Only downside is my (adult) daughter was coping with a knee injury and we didn’t realize our room was a walk up (no elevator). There were no alternatives as the hotel was fully booked (we were there for BTS concert at Stanford) . We managed but it would have been good to have that information more prominent during booking."
