Rancho Cordova overall has expanded within the last 20 years in terms of businesses and residents but it also had been riddled by an increase of homelessness like every other part of California so you may see a few in the parking lot day and night.

Like most cities in California these days there is a homeless population that hang out in the area. Some even hang out in the parking lot just outside of the hotel parking lot but I never seen or heard about any of them trespassing or harassing the
