Hotels in Mandan

"Guy at the front desk barely uttered a word when checking in. We get to our room and then can't actually get in to our room so I go back up to the front desk & let the guy know. His response was, "oh, they still haven't fixed that." Then he proceeds to follow me back to our room where he also cannot get the door open. Finally gets the door open once he throws all his weight into the door. I was offered no resolution other than to deal with the door all weekend long and we did, every time we had to get back in the door. Also, the hotel was not full and we could have been moved to another room(the people with the same issue next door were moved to another room). The walls in the room were in serious need of a GOOD wipe down! The beds are probably the most uncomfortable thing I have ever experienced. There was trash all over the parking lot. The place needs some serious help!! I will not be back."

"Arrived during the snow storm & let us check-in a little early. The front desk lady was super nice (afternoon shift) & helpful when I had a question! Pool and hot tub were great and the breakfast was very fulfilling. Great place to stay! Will stay again when coming back through Mandan!"

"Clean room. The Hotel was under renovations and that is understandable but putting us in a room that was right in the middle of construction was ridiculous. We had painters in our hallway and had to deal with extra noise and mess throughout our entire stay....this was especially an issue considering there were plenty of other rooms available in areas that weren't under construction. "

"The location is excellent, pool is great, lobby is renovated and memorable. The staff is excellent and seem to really have pride in their jobs, Cleanliness was not complete- don’t look too hard. It is surface clean, but things like the base of lamps were dusty and under the pull out sofa were little toys from previous guests. The sofa bed was one of the worst we have used - no support and uncomfortable. We would stay here again but plan not to use the sofa as a bed. Breakfast was sausages, eggs and waffles plus yogurt, etc, typical hotel breakfast options. Our bedroom bathroom had been renovated, but the paint job was bumpy and door is still from the 80’s. It felt like they are trying to renovate, but maybe not completely done. The pool area was all refreshed and pristine clean, "
