MY PROBLEM WAS NOT WITH THE HARD ROCK HOTEL BUT EXPEDIA
We were celebrating our “35th” wedding anniversary and booked a stay at the Hard Rock Cafe through Expedia at the recommendation of a friend. Once the reservation was made for “1” day, we tried to upgrade for an additional day and then found out that we were in A smoking room. I immediately tried to reach out too customer service and make. Upon arrival we received a free upgrade in rooms. We were originally only staying one night but decided to extend. The views from our balcony were amazing. The gym was small but never crowded so no biggie. The restaurant also had great views. There was also a game/ arcade room with skee ball air hockey and pool tables. The studio suite we stayed in was the size of a one bedroom apartment. It had a full kitchen along wish plates and pots. Even wine glasses!!! Anytime we asked the staff a question...
What a wonderfule place! A refurbished Atlantic City Guest House from the past. Really cute and the breakfast (included) was outstanding! Eggs, bacon, sausage, home baked pastries and cakes; breads and muffins; cereals; fruit; juices. Surpassed my expectations! Beautifully remodeled, but kept the history! Take a chance on this one! Right next to the Tropicana and no problem with parking in their private lot! And the Pub is open 24 hours!
Impressed from start to finish. Huge clean villas that I dare anyone to find a dirty spot anywhere on site. Beautiful quiet scenery with great pools for family and separate pool for adults. BBQ area had clean grills and new. Great game room.. Air hockey. Pinball. Skeeball. Basketball. Ping-pong. Pool table. Resort was full but you wouldn't know it because of spacious areas. Definitely returning. Stayed with wife for anniversary getaway.

The Inn as well as the staff are top notch. We felt instantly comfortable and charmed by the place. The night we arrived, they put some out cold beverages and cookies. We were exhausted from driving, so just being able to chill on the porch after checking in with a beverage transitioned us from "travel" mode to "relaxed" mode. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast both days was delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing weekend getaway!
