We especially enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the convenience of having restaurants and entertainment nearby. "I would have loved another pool just for adults. My husband and I enjoyed Friday Sept 4th at the pool but on Saturday and Sunday it was a fiasco. We tried to look for the other pools but we could not find them. Also one of the elevators on the west side was broken and when the crowds came on Saturday and Sunday my husband walked further from our room just to get to the East elevators."

Breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Pink Shell to anyone visiting Fort Myers Beach. We look forward to returning!"

"Positives: lovely pool, easy check in, great front desk people, problem solved fairly quickly, affordable, very comfortable bed, pet friendly, pretty good free breakfast (including GF bagels- a plus!), close to a gas station for anything needed like drinks etc Negatives: lots of people smoking outside and cigarette butts everywhere, TV problem which was handled quickly but was still an issue with the replacement, very thin walls, could hear people walking (stomping) upstairs, could hear people being very loud outside, some bugs in the room, pool could’ve been cleaned more (lots of bugs) Overall, worth the price per night, if you’re on a budget."
