"The room, bathroom were clean, comfortable. The linens on the bed were dingy, old looking. The coverlette looked shabby as did the surround around the bed. The room was on the end next to the exit and across from the elevator. Very noisy. Disappointing. The food in the morning was terrible."

"Hotel was nice staff was nice , would've rate higher but wasn't made aware of parking lot paving and construction around the building prior to my stay , overall always have a great experience but this particular stay was hindered by the mess in the lot and noise in the morning during the day from them working on it ."

"This is our 2nd time vacationing at the Holiday Inn Vacation club in the Grand Geneva property. Amenities are amazing! Size of rooms and kitchen was perfect. The only drawback I had was that I was given an accessible room (didn’t request one) and the shower didn’t have a glass wall around it, just a curtain so our bathroom was constantly soaking wet. I didn’t like that. Also because it is so damp in there, the molding around shower was not in good shape and the bench in shower needs replaced. Otherwise, we love this property, price and location. Can’t be matched for what you get from it."
