"The hotel was clean. It could use some cosmetic work and updates but overall good property. The issue we experienced is that I requested an accessible room. When we checked in I was having a better day and was only using my cain. We were told by the front staff that we were being switched out of the accessible room because we were not allowed to rent it. That it is only allowed for wheelchairs. I tried to explain that there are other needs for it as well, but didn’t want to argue. So we took what we were given. Needless to say, we will not be going back."
