"If you stay here when there is outdoor dining/ entertainment at the adjacent restaurant, try to get a room on the back side of the property, as far away from the restaurant as possible. The restaurant noise was bad enough that we tried to drown it out with the TV and putting the AC on the constant fan setting until the restaurant closed at 10pm. Desk staffer was pleasant, parking and breakfast were good. Room was small but okay although not well- cleaned."

"As expected, breakfast was mediocre. First day the coffee was incredibly weak - we ended up going to Duncan Donuts (just a 1/4 mile away) to get decent coffee. The second day the coffee was even weaker - do they just keep running water through and through again? Bagels and bread were stale. Hotel could use some serious infusion of cash - carpet in corridors stained in so many places, lenses missing from sconces, shortage of towels in the pool area, veneer on doors chipped in several locations. Only saving factor was that the beds were comfortable, and the location was great - for our purposes."

"CrestHill was very clean including the breakfast area, the rooms, the pool and outdoor areas. The pool area was beautiful to relax and enjoy our time and included lots of great seating."

"Some of the front desk staff were not very friendly. We were happy we had housekeeping more than we have at other hotels but often our towels were taken and we had to go to the front desk to get the replacements. We were told by the front desk clerk once "Do I look like housekeeping?". I did have an issue and others at the front desk offered to help as best they could. The breakfast was decent. We liked the location for the car show we were attending...."
