"Hotel smelled musty cotton balls, our room reeked of must an smoke. Very poor cleaning was done in the room. Lamp cord even had clumps of dust, the tiles around the Jett tub and on the floor were broke, Jett tub wasn’t fully functional as some of the jets didn’t even work. The bed had 5 small pillows an no large ones which was weird. Bathroom sink was cracked. Breakfast was a joke, we went down around 8am an it didn’t end until 9am but they were almost out of Everything a didn’t bother to refill it. Cream cheese for bagels was bad so ended up throwing what little I got away."

"Washer and Dryer always broke. Machines are empty. You need another luggage cart , if 1 person has it its gone forever. Staff is excellent. Jackie and Zuluma are great but are limited. Cleaning staff is great and is custodial crew. "

"Parking was great. Didn't eat in house Our 2 complaints were peeling paint in bathroom and peeling wallpaper in hallways. The biggest issue is we had no hot water on Saturday 3/21. Was very disappointed in our stay with the exception of the staff we had to deal with."

"The breakfast buffet was the only thing that wasn't excellent. I would not pay for the buffet again."
