"Property is new and in good condition. The pool was nice but, the water was too cold. The breakfast very limited. The room was nice and is a good value."

The cleanliness alone was unacceptable—dirty bathroom areas, stained bedding, a microwave covered in food residue, and debris throughout the room. The pool area also had visible maintenance issues, including damaged grates, which raised safety concerns.i cleaned my room myself after being moved around several times. I have full video footage of each room I was offered This was not just one issue—it was a pattern throughout the entire stay. Based on the condition of the room and facility, it does not appear proper cleaning or upkeep is being maintained. For a family resort, especially one geared toward children, this level of cleanliness and safety is concerning. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made Hotels.com scammed me into this experience and I'm now seeking legal council. It's sad that I had to stay so I wouldn't lose my hard earned money. "

"Rooms were fine if not a little old. We had an interior room that in March with it cool outside was impossible to cool off. Halls and stairs were much cooler and yet with our AC on high, we were still too hot. Asked twice for someone to come fix it and never got a response or repair. Just OK and then never any action."

"Had bed bugs. Left the property as soon as they were found, now they’re not cooperating with refunding my money. Absolutely ridiculous, would stay ANYWHERE else. Personally will bring my tent next time as it is much nicer"
